You authorize LectureHeat via Zoom OAuth. We pull meeting participant reports and analytics using Zoom's official API — we never store your video content.

What counts as "engagement" in the heatmap?

We track join/leave events, camera on/off, microphone activity, and chat messages per minute to compute a composite engagement score for each time segment.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
